Felicity is a British actress who gained fame for portraying Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones has been an actor since the age of 12years old, was a regular in numerous TV shows and films. She started her career with the TV film The Treasure Seekers. She then played the role in Ethel Hallow another television show named The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. She played Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and later on, she starred in many movies. Her acting career gained her fame in films such as The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. Her role on the screen in The Theory of Everything was what earned her her first Oscar nomination. Jones in her role as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, which was based on his life, was applauded by critics as well as the public. She was then seen in Inferno the thriller that featured Tom Hanks. In the year 2016 The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles announced Jones as the British Artist of The Year for her contributions and talents to the cinema.
