Dwayne serves as the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is committed to educating the future generation of biblical counselors. The Board of Directors he serves on is to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications and is also a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transformation of lives using God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
